Tradition

Scholarship

Creativity

Tradition shaped how I understand leadership.

My time at the United States Military Academy at West Point grounded me in discipline, responsibility, and service through the values of duty, honor, and country. It instilled a deep respect for institutions, standards, and purpose—and shaped my belief that leadership is about stewardship and building systems that endure beyond any individual.

Scholarship taught me how to think rigorously in a changing world.

Through advanced study at the University of Pennsylvania and an Executive MBA from Oxford Saïd Business School, I developed the ability to integrate business strategy, technology, and systems thinking. That academic foundation strengthened my capacity to translate complexity into clarity and to approach innovation with both discipline and perspective.

Creativity taught me how to connect, communicate, and design new paths.

My studies in producing, directing, and visual storytelling at the New York Film Academy expanded how I communicate across backgrounds, motivations, and experiences. Creativity, for me, is not about expression alone—it’s about synthesis: designing experiences, narratives, and systems that help people see clearly, engage deeply, and act with confidence.

Designing clarity so decisions are made with confidence in complex environments.

(Tradition → judgment, discipline, stewardship)

Translating emerging technologies into outcomes people understand, trust, and use.

(Scholarship → rigor, systems thinking, applied insight)

MY LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

I believe modern leadership is no longer about authority; it’s about alignment.

Building trust and alignment so teams perform at their best under pressure.

(Human core → leadership without authority)

Using experience and narrative to shape how people learn, grow, and evolve.

(Creativity → synthesis, meaning, lasting change)

This philosophy enables organizations to move faster, adopt technology confidently, and navigate ambiguity with resilience.

MY JOURNEY

Military
Foundation

Where leadership, tradition and judgment began.

My leadership journey began with service.

In 1996, I enlisted in the U.S. Army and served with the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard)—a unit defined by discipline, precision, and responsibility under pressure. I later attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where leadership is forged through tradition, accountability, and the expectation to lead when it matters most.

That foundation shaped how I lead today: with respect for systems, commitment to service, and a belief that clear judgment—not authority—defines effective leadership.

From Service to Scholarship

Building on his military foundation, Dennis deepened his leadership approach through advanced study at the University of Pennsylvania, integrating Wharton’s business rigor with engineering discipline. He later refined a global, systems-level perspective at Oxford’s Saïd Business School, strengthening his ability to lead, design, and make decisions in complex, evolving environments.

As my thinking became more rigorous and systems-oriented, I recognized the need for a different kind of fluency—one that could translate complexity into meaning and connect with people at a human level.

Technology
Leadership

Where strategy met execution at scale.

Over the past 20+ years, Dennis has led in organizations through periods of significant growth and change—guiding modernization, cloud adoption, AI readiness, cybersecurity, and operational transformation. Working across highly matrixed environments, he has aligned engineering, security, product, partners, and operations to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable outcomes.

Founder of iExperience iLearn

Where tradition, scholarship, and creativity converge.

Dennis founded iExperience iLearn, an AI-driven emotional learning ecosystem designed to build judgment, leadership, and decision-making through cinematic, adaptive storytelling. The platform blends behavioral science, experiential learning, and advanced AI to help people explore choices, understand consequences, and grow emotional intelligence—starting early and designed to scale across life, leadership, and organizations.

Executive Education
& Human Development

Where leadership development became personal and practical.

Alongside enterprise leadership, Dennis has mentored, supported and worked closely with leaders across various organizations, universities, hospitals, and research institutions—helping them strengthen decision-making, build confidence, and navigate technological change in real-world contexts.

Where understanding became connection.

As my leadership and systems thinking matured, I saw that insight alone wasn’t enough - ideas had to be felt and internalized to drive action. That realization led me into film, storytelling, and human-centered design, where knowledge becomes meaning and learning becomes experience.

Creativity became the bridge between rigorous thinking and human connection, shaping how I lead, teach, and build—using story and design to help people engage, adapt, and make better decisions.
